Background
Lynch Plant Hire was providing equipment and services during the construction of wind turbine bases in Norfolk which required large amounts of rebar, and even more concrete.
The Overall Objective
This particular phase of works resulted in concrete mixer trucks constantly pouring throughout the day, all of these concrete mixers needed to be cleaned without the polluting washwater damaging the surrounding environment.
Solution
The answer was the phD, a compact unit which Siltbuster delivered to site next day on a single pallet, minimising plant transport costs. The unit was used its traditional setup with 2 skips and allowed members of staff on-site to treat the concrete washwaters instantly.
