Integrated Units - All-in-one Solutions
With market and client’s requirements as the main focus, the Siltbuster integrated range has expertly been designed and developed by our internal Research and Development team working closely with our Field Engineers. The systems, merging Process Units with Chemical Conditioning Tanks in an all-in-one solution, were an instant success and are firmly established as valuable assets to our treatment solutions fleet, covering numerous sectors and applications on sites where space is premium. They are not only saving on footprint and prices vs a modular combination of individual items, but also reduces installation time on site.
Our integrated units are also ideal for Pilot Trials to obtain data using real wastewater to confirm performance, chemical dose rates and sludge production. This data is critical to optimise full scale designs so although the main plant may be designed on paper, the Pilot Trials allows for data to be provided to optimise the full-scale plant.
Available in our Integrated range are:
Our standard Lamella Clarifiers merged with Chemical Conditioning Tank = iHB
Available in sizes: iHB10, iHB20R and iHB40R – view Profile Drawings
- i means Integrated Chemical Reaction Tank
- HB means Hopper Bottom Settlement Tank
- The numbers refer to the m2 settlement area and maximum m³ operation range (depending on applications)
- R means the equipment has a rake to gently move settled sludge, minimising potential for “ratholing” and also slightly thickening the sludge
Our standard Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) merged with Chemical Conditioning Tank = iD
Available in sizes: iD5, iD10 and iD25 – view Profile Drawings
- i means Integrated Chemical Reaction Tank
- D means Dissolved Air Flotation
- The numbers refer to the m² settlement area and maximum m³ operation range (depending on applications)
These systems are ideal for treating smaller flow and loads applications and/or where space is often at a premium.
